What the registration fees includes:
Access to all academic sessions
Invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
Access to the Exhibition and Poster Area
Refreshments and Lunch during the congress
All sessions will be available on demand in the virtual platform for up to 3 months after the meeting

Payment of individual registration fees (USD) can be done via the online registration process by the following methods:

- Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
- You will be required to pay the difference applicable based on the registration fee and category at the time the change is made.

Terms and Conditions:
- Online Registration will closing date Monday, 30 March 2026
- Only fully pre-paid registrations will be accepted
- If registering as a group, please register each delegate in full and click "yes" when asked if registering additional delegates
- Name changes are accepted within the same registration category. Changes to invoices will incur an administration fee. All changes to be requested in writing to Terlechia Beeby events1@eoafrica.co.za by Monday, 30 March 2026
- An administration fee of 20USD will apply for any registration changes or corrections
Cancellations and Refund
All requests for registration cancellations and refunds to be forwarded in writing to lauren@eoafrica.co.za
- Before 6 months prior to event : 10% cancellation fee will be applicable
- 4 – 5 Months prior to event : 25% cancellation fee will be applicable
- 2 – 3 Months prior to event 50% cancellation fee will be applicable
- No refunds 1 Month or less prior to event
- "No show" delegates will not receive a refund
